Dental caries are chronic and in the development need for long time, so that most of the patient have potential disturbance for their lifetime.Dental caries was the number one chronic disease of the world and the prevalence of the disease increases at the modern era. The enhancement related by the change of patterns and kinds of food. The spread of caries disease look as an iceberg phenomenon.
